I don't see anywhere for improvement, renting from Mr. Berry was like renting from your uncle, he was very personable and friendly and very enjoyable to interact with. Great customer service!

I had a reservation for over a month at Kill Devil Hills location and the day before I was to pick it up, I received a call stating they were oit of the trailer I had reserved. Now on the flipside, they were gracious to provide the trailer from a nearby location and extended our drop-off time by a few days, all for free. It was a great experience overall. The other inconveniece was that this Manteo location didnt carry the jack needed and we had to go to advanced auto to get the jack. It would be more convenient of the location carried the proper jack, just like the KDH location does.
JONATHAN FThe pick up location was great, but was not the location I needed and the call center gave us the wrong time for pick up. Thankfully I called to adjust the time and found out the location closed 2 hours earlier than the time they gave me and was closed the following day. The call center does not appear to know what they are doing. I would give a poor rating if it wasn’t for the great customer service that Charles provided while I was there.
