Terrible customer service at this location. On checkout we were told to wait because the manager was buying merchandise from a vendor. Apparently the other staff could not operate the U-Haul system. I’m not sure why a vendor was prioritized over a customer and we had a time booked for the return. The truck had various warning lights on but the management could care less. This was not a fantastic experience.

JOHN CPick up location was JV convenient store but the truck was not there. The clerk told me this was wrong location and had to walk there since I was dropped off. UHAUL responded by saying that is their 2nd location but stated no where about them having 2 locations. Took me over an hr to just pick the rental up after all confusion with customer service and proper pick up location.
