'Gary', at JV Convenience, was friendly and helpful when I called to ask about the location. When I arrived, he was welcoming, and kindly offered to complete the form for me. He also suggested I could take a truck directly from the location behind the store, and leave my car in the parking lot, instead of driving to the other parking lot where most of the trucks were. Before I left with the key, he took care to inform me of how the charges were calculated, and reminded me about sweeping out the truck afterwards, and topping up the gas. He emailed me the invoice shortly after returning the truck to him. I've rented from U-Haul before, and I have to say that this was the most positive experience I've had! The only complaint (a minor one) was that a stubbed-out cigarette butt was on the cab floor, passenger side. And while the truck operated well, acceleration was sluggish. Other than that, the experience was great - thank-you, Gary!
