How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhile checking in (mobile) the app would not recognize my DL so I had to go into the store. That is the second time it has happened to me. Other than that, great.
Alberto ZVehicle battery died twice on me creating unwanted stress.. battery seem to be old and leaking, after I moved everything to the truck I couldn't start it without jump start. Not ideal when time of your reservation is ticking. I was charged full rate for rental even though vehicle wasn't fully functional, leaving bitter taste in my experience after all.
Michal RKeep these small locations, they are very useful for local area custom, and more energy efficient ( gas wise ) than having to travel over to the next town or whatever. thanks
Chris CThe gentleman I ordered from was nice but his wife was less courteous. But seriously; Almost $18 for 9km drive is highway robbery but lesson learned for next time. If not for the overpriced gas charge, all else was fine
