Heidi OLady helped us with our reservation even though we arrived past 5PM (traffic was bad and we had an emergency errand to run @ 4:30PM) We needed a truck to help move and could not extend current reservation, arranged truck from another (this) location 5 stars to JV Convenience Store Ltd And they did not complain when we returned @ 9:15AM, we were late again because things were delayed
