Lady helped us with our reservation even though we arrived past 5PM (traffic was bad and we had an emergency errand to run @ 4:30PM) We needed a truck to help move and could not extend current reservation, arranged truck from another (this) location 5 stars to JV Convenience Store Ltd And they did not complain when we returned @ 9:15AM, we were late again because things were delayed

I didnt rent this Van. Maple Ridge is no where near my location. The last time I rented a Vdehicle from Uhaul was on Marine Drive. It is concerning to me that you guys just rent to whomever has my Information.....Did they present my Drivers' License? The one that lives in MY WALLET????? This is a concern to me. A very big problem in fact.
