We rented a uHaul Trailer for 3 days . I will say Josie, who is the owner at the location, went above and beyond and even delivered the trailer to us since she was going near us. We did have a couple of problems, but it was more on the UHaul side when they added in 6 blankets and the utility dolly that I know I didn't order even though they tried to upsell many times. I also had a problem with the license plate state which was unreadable. Josie guessed it was AZ so that's what I put on my Sunpass account when it was CA. Sunpass picked up my truck, but on some toll booths they didn't automatically add the trailer in so I received a separate invoice from uHaul I had to settle through Sunpass then email to show the toll violations had been paid on my Florida sunpass account. Overall a great experience for a move.

Christopher UGoogle and Uhaul said it was open 7am-7pm. Didn't open until 10am. Keydrop in the back had no lock and was held closed with an old hoop earing in the lock spot that could be pulled out... Took pictures and a video and called uhaul and was told to leave it but at LEAST have a lock on the "lock box". Also there was no Uhaul signage on the storefront. They do a lot things including uhaul but the only way we knew it was the right spot was because there were 2 uhaul trailers up front and 2 behind the stoor. It took 2 agents on the phone to know their actual hours and that they did have a key drop. The second one OKed me dropping the keys w/o a lock on the box.
BENJAMIN JI would never go this shit hole nasty dirty foul building lady speaks horrible English carries a baby around her lap had open whiskey bottle on file cabinet I took photo took forever to check in made reservation week in advanced then had to sit in this shit hole for another 30.minutes this l Non english speaking lady couldn't find key to uhaul truck. I would never ever go to this shit uhole nor rent a uhaul again.!!!!! It was so bad I want a refund
