I needed to change my rental from a local to a one way and the lady in scheduling told me that I had to return the trailer to where I rented it because they "owned" the equipment? I never knew that there were uhaul locations that owned your equipment. I'm calling BS on that lady in scheduling, she was just too lazy to want to help me.
