Cell service at the location isn't great so the app responded slowly. Also, it took me a minute to understand that there would be no personnel at the drop-off location. I had to decide where to put the trailer and just leave it.

NICHOLAS FMake the gate code known when you’re trying to return the vehicle. I was attempting to take photos near a busy highway, and had to contact customer service to get a gate code. This is not a reflection of the ownership of the location as I didn’t interact with them.
