The location for drop off was closed and when I called customer service the first person gave me incorrect information. Never told me there’s a self checkout app and suggested I drive 30 miles to an alternate location which also turned out to be closed. The second person told me about the app but was very obnoxious rude and impatient. U haul needs to revamp their customer service.

LOUIS RThe windshield wiper on the driver's side was shredded, so the truck was unsafe to drive in the snow and wet weather conditions. I could not keep the windshield clean while driving in the messy conditions. The driver's side door did not close properly, so it was very drafty in below freezing temperatures and very noisy from outside road sounds.
LISA SI thought it would be a tough move, but B&D motors made it very pleasant. The truck was in decent shape and performed admirably.
