Dropped off after hours. No personnel to interact with. No signs saying where to park vehicle. Had to park in street.

Just a car repair location where you drop the trailer but the interactions I have had it has been good.

KENNETH EDrop off unpaved lot. Worked just fine and will drop off here again.
PETER BThe u-Haul was snowed in with 9 inches of snow. I could not get a 20 ft truck so I could only get a 15 inch truck. I had to make 2 trips which is more expensive. I didn't get any equipment like blankets to help protect my furniture. It was remote pick up so there was no one there to get help. I had to call for help for the pickup because no one told me it was remote pickup.
