The u-Haul was snowed in with 9 inches of snow. I could not get a 20 ft truck so I could only get a 15 inch truck. I had to make 2 trips which is more expensive. I didn't get any equipment like blankets to help protect my furniture. It was remote pick up so there was no one there to get help. I had to call for help for the pickup because no one told me it was remote pickup.
