So I gave top stars and review due to the fact that a gentleman actually showed up onsite. I live in this area, and it's not the most savory place to hang out, but dropping the trailer was SUPER simple and VERY convenient. Location is in a quasi busy area, but nothing dangerous. I was skepticle about droping it off because there wasn't anyone there. I didn't see any cameras, but I did call the customer service line, and they were very good about assuring me the location was good, and just follow the instruction on the app. I was so scared I took pictures and video just in case. However, a UHaul representative showed up with business on the grounds and also assured us the process was that easy. I was more worried the trailer would be taken and my name still attached to it. But the associate checked us in and I received my receipt shortly after that. Not a bad experience all around... anxiety level minimal, and crisis was averted. lol
