Hire people with more knowledge. The older gentleman took one look at the date on my temp drivers license that was dated 1/19 which it was 1/19 and said I can't rent you a truck because your license is expired. I called another Uhaul and they said they could it don't expire til midnight. Really upsetTREMAYNE W.
Upon returning the rental Cargo Van, the evening shift STAFF was very UNPROFESSIONAL and Rude !!! But I can say about the early morning staff she was very Professional !!! And she was the ONLY staff there..DARLENE S.

Customers that purchase insurance should be able to utilize emergency road assistance. Upon purchasing insurance staff need to thoroughly explain the different insurance UHaul offer to the customers. For example, if a customer get stuck in snow UHaul would come to their customer rescue and dig them out.Not leave the customer waiting to get rescued by someone other than UHaul. Staff need extensive customer service training in-store and roadside assistance.Staff from roadside assistance was very obnoxious ,rude and disrespectful. As a loyal customer that depends on UHaul to meet my needs, after this incident I have to find other places that will respect their customers and ensure they're meeting their customer needs /expectations.PEARLIE B.

The lady that works there did not want to help us at all. We were having trouble uploading the picture on our phone to do self check in and she actually told us she can't help us because we chose self check in. After that, I got on the phone with a uhaul representative who told me she can help us. I don't understand why people would take a job but are not willing to work.SEAN A.

I would like to send a KUDOS to the employee Johnathan. He was very professional. He was able to resolve our billing issue. However the young Hispanic woman working with him was either a new employee or an employee that requires more training. Exceptional customer service goes a long way. Please give Johnathan a bonus. Upon return the truck, the employee said our charge was $213. And she told me that because I went over my 5-hour rental by 2 hours that it became a 2 day rental. I said no, I called and asked if we could add two hours and the other lady said we could and said nothing about any additional changes. Then the employee said the daily charge, because it was the weekend was $39 and I said no, I booked this online and the fee was $29 + mileage! Finally she got the bill down to $163 (approx). I don't know what was going on, but I shouldn't have had to go through that.MICHAEL B.
The mobile check-in worked great. My only complaint is about the snippy attitude of the clerks both when picking up and returning. I has simple questions and they were both very rude.Michael R.
I live close to your Parkfroest IL. center and they had no puck up trucks I ask if they could call and fine out which center have one and they said they would have to call all the center around so they didn't call so I had to call, I call a center in Chicago Heights IL. and they didnt , I call Glenwood IL. there they told me to try Markham call them they had one so I went to 159 street wrong U Haul it the one on167 st. Markham finally got This TRUCK really save me because my truck and trailer was broke down on the road I had about 10.000.00 wroth of work equipment I was able to get my equipment home and have the truck towed. I was a mechanic for 8 years fir U haul the one in Park forest , Thank You U HaulJESSE H.
