I have been using this facility since 2019. Management and staff are very professional I'm not just saying that. The manager Christiano so professional in calling always pleasant Derion very professional always. They send reminders, phone calls made don't feel pressured .Facility I have never seen not clean,bathrooms very clean I do feel safe with the way security set up people can't go in an out without code they know when you're in and out. Thanks once again U- haul thus time I'm going to try to have yard sell to get rid of some of my items,but if not I will be back again.
Leslie H | Overall ExperienceThe facility is clean, and the people were nice and helpful. I appreciate having the security and the availability of carts to move items to the second floor. My only issue is the fact that there is nowhere to throw anything away. At least one small to medium trash can inside the bays where you unload items from your car or truck should be a standard for any business with customers coming and going.
