Rain and snow drainage froze the bottom of my door and I was unable to access my bin through the snow season. I could not get staff help in accessing my bin because they had no idea what to do. Other than that, the facility was more than I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Should I have to rent a bin again, I will know what area to choose of the bins.
