Maintain your trucks, we rented a 15' foot truck for three days in that time we needed to have the vehicle boosted 5 times. And one of those times it died right in front of a uhaul Location (lucky, right?) . Nope the agent who works for your company didn't understand that you needed a running vehicle and cables to boost another vehicle he simply gave my husband some jumper cables. So after my husband explained that you need both the cables and a running vehicle to jump another. He started a van so he could use it to get the truck started again. So while it was nice to have a large truck to clean out my grandmother’s home, the amount of downtime we had was absolutely absurd.

Truck back and cab both uncleaned. Mileage charge exceed what my route was so I can only assume I was charged more than I actually drove. In the end, uhaul becomes more expensive than other companies that allow for free kms. I would not chose this option again..
