Michael MDear U-Haul Team, As a client of U-Haul for the past 20 years, I wanted to share my feedback regarding my most recent rental experience. For the very first time, I received a vehicle that was exceptionally clean. In the past, most of the U-Haul vehicles I’ve rented have not been properly cleaned, and I often had to clean them myself just to sit and ride comfortably. This time, I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle—it made a big difference in my overall experience. The only downside I noticed was that the vehicle did not include certain basic features, such as cruise control, automatic windows, and automatic side mirrors. All of these were manual, which made the ride less convenient. Overall, I greatly appreciate the improvement in vehicle cleanliness and hope that this standard continues for all future rentals.
