To pick the van up I had to do it on the app. I am not very good on apps and the man at the location was trying to assist me as best he could but he was not very good at it either. I took pictures multiple times but nothing uploaded. I finally just took pictures of everything including the mileage and gas tank reading and left. On the way back there (after about 80 miles of driving, the transmission started feeling like it was slipping. The truck served the purpose for what I needed to do but it was not very good and the lack of having a human to help me made the experience less than stellar.
