Clerk had computer problems, I was delayed 1.5 hours getting my trailer. No jack on trailer, had to use car jack to get move it off of truck -- I wouldn't rent from treasure barn again because of no jack for lowering onto and off of truck hitch, extreme pain in subzero wind chill and blowing snow. I had a large travel trailer for years and never had such problems in getting unhitched.
