The lady that rented the truck to us entered the rental under someone else's name and said we were good to go but never got any information from us until I asked her if she needed my information. When returning the truck we were told they were opened til 5pm and we got there at 4:57 and she said they were closed and wouldn't check us in. I asked if she could just look at the gas gage for me to verify it and she said no and got mad at me and called me rude. My son took a picture of the gage so I told her nevermind but then she huffed at me and insisted she was just going to check it in. When she was done I thanked her and told her how much I appreciated her and she wouldn't even look at me or talk to me and went to my son and told him it was done. She was extremley rude and unprofessional.

The trailer they tried to give us was very dirty. It was full of dirt, wet cat food, moving blankets, and a dolly. They pulled everything out of it, then the door wouldn’t shut on it. It also had a flat tire. After all that, they had to give us another trailer. This put our whole day behind by 45 minutes. There is always some type of problem with this location.

Daniel UWhen I booked online and declined the optional insurance. I wasn't expecting a lady to have demeaning talk at the location about why I shouldn't decline it or being told that I'd stand to lose my license if get into a accident with the trailer. A little over the top and rude trying/ forcing to sell the insurance to me.
