Great service, friendly people
Daniel UWhen I booked online and declined the optional insurance. I wasn't expecting a lady to have demeaning talk at the location about why I shouldn't decline it or being told that I'd stand to lose my license if get into a accident with the trailer. A little over the top and rude trying/ forcing to sell the insurance to me.
JESUS PWell, the only thing I would do different is not half to drive 3 miles round-trip to pick up an appliance Dolly that was said. Should be at the location of my pickup, but other than that, the customer service was wonderful. And the location and individuals at the location were knowledgeable.Very polite and fast
