Very easy to schedule, pick. up and return. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a u-haul.
SARA SNobody came out to assist. Just pointed from the inside office. Husband hurt his back. He’s okay. So many UHauls there that we couldn’t find a good place to part. And clicking submit on the return, there’s another hidden fee UHaul. First experience ever with UHaul. Warning… lots of hidden fees!!
CINDY CHave gas tanks above at least 1/4 when delivering. Also, your program appears to have issues communicating and uploading data; android camera hard to sinc properly with program, although eventually worked around.
ALBERTO LOne headlight was out and there was not a key to the lock on the back of the truck. Other than that everyone was friendly and helpful.
