When I picked up the truck it was on empty. I spent 100 dollars on fuel because I didn't know how much I was going to use for my trip. When I returned the truck it was still above 1/2 tank. I feel like I wasted my money putting in fuel I didn't use.

Mark ADo not recommend this location or this district to anyone. Picked up a truck and tow dolly and whole trip was a disaster after that. District manager dose not care that his equipment is messed up and unsafe. Said just because we made it with out wrecking he is not doing anything about the situation. First when we picked up the truck there was stuff on it and leaning against it that we had to move just to take pictures and pull the Uhaul out. Then it said it had gas that it didn't . Then you pull out back to get a tow dolly and the lights don't work was told since you are driving during the day it was fine. Get half way of a almost 600 mile trip and tow dolly strap comes undone once again told to just re tighten it every so often and keep going. Then check engine light in truck comes on. Was told since light was solid keep going they would service it when we returned it. So there go your gas out the roof because they didn't service it before you picked it up. A 10 hour trip take 14 because you are in a unsafe Uhaul and dolly. Then you drop it off and that location actually cares so fine the issues as soon as they look. Try to get you a refund from 3 people for all the u safe situations the other location put you in but if they did truck had to go back to Georgia. So instead we went through district manager so the though was right people would know that needed to so the issue doesn't happen again but he didn't care so some one is going to get hurt renting from this district. So Indiana district manager agreed we needed to reach out to Georgia district do refund so right people know but would take longer. Ok fine because the right people need to know . well then you get to Georgia district manager and wow. I have never talked to someone that didn't care that much. He basically said since we made it with out wrecking he is not doing anything. He wants to give you.50 dollars for all the problems and not address the issue. Then when you ask for him to have his boss reach out he said no it was not going farther than him. I told him multiple time I was not satisfied with his way of handling the situation. He said he gave me my option that was it. Said if I took the 50 dollars ticket would be closed. I told him multiple times no. He then proceeded to issue it anyways. So now I'm waiting for Indiana to call back to help me figure out who is above him I can discuss the issues with. This location and district manager is going to end up killing someone with the unsafe equipment. And they don't care one bit.
Bobbi JManager met me outside as I dropped off the truck and made it the least hassle return I've ever experienced.
RYAN MPeople at location were lazy. The fact I had to check myself in and out with NO HELP from anyone on site was quite annoying.
