Customer service is scammers. Not only was i charged. for an extra day I never used the truck for but also when I accidentally paid for extra gas, I was told it wasn't their fault and yet if I hadn't filled it up, they would have charged me to fill it up on their half. So already I'm out 35 dollars from this scammers. They need investigated for money laundering and fraud.

Quenessa WThe store opened 15 minutes late, there was a line of renters waiting to pickup their vans, no overview of truck as he could not leave store to go over prior damage to van, etc. Return was the same and no receipt printed ... did not even check the mileage as mine was under estimated.
