LUKE WThe young lady was really nice she explained everything to me very well.
WADE CWe filled out the online check-in to pick up the rental. When prompted how long I would need it for, I estimated 8 hrs. The woman in the store said not to worry if I went over the 8 hrs. because it is really rented for 24hrs. When we returned it in the after hours box the same day, we got a receipt charging us for a two day rental. The fuel cost was correct though. We still have not received an email or other contact from U-haul to address this situation. It has been 7 days now.
MICHAEL CExplanation of insurance coverage needed to be highlighted. Mix up with how that works caused me to have an additional days rental charge plus not reimbursed for initial contract of rental. It's been 24 hours and I've yet to see my refund. I still have a double charge.
