Van was clean, in excellent condition, and smelled good inside. The young lady attendant at this location is fantastic as always!! Thank you for an easy check out and check in. Would definitely recommend!!
Ashley CPoor very poor. No one to inspect vehicle or hookup trailer pigtail for lights. Very rude and no knowledge of the trailers. I will not recommend them.
DAVID MHave your computer system work properly. There is no reason for the person at the rental place have to input all the the information that I I did online.
Nicholas COpen the back of the U-Haul and make sure it is clean. I already picked up the truck and was at my destination to start loading it up but when I did. It was disgusting and it smelled like horse manure. The floor and the granny nook was all sticky and there was blankets still in there that were wet and smelled. So I had to sweep and mop the inside of the truck before I even started packing stuff up in to it. That is my only complaint about the truck.
