Because I am very familiar with hooking up trailers, I was in and out of there in a flash. The U-Haul rep that did their paperwork was excellent - she was lovely and professional.

STEVEN CThe truck was not clean inside and there was something wrong with the fuel filler. I filled the tank until it ran down the side of the truck, the filling experience was difficult because it kept clicking off over and over and was still charged extra for 3 gallons of gas. How is that right?! This is the second time I was rerouted from the original reservation site. Maybe check on that problem too. All that being said I had no problems with the location itself. The clerk was very friendly and efficient.
