First, the employee helping me out at Rt9 Sunnys was very nice and helpful. If it was just rating her, this would be a 5 star review. However, the trailer was missing the light connector extension (required because the wire connector did not even reach the front end of the trailer, much less the harness on my truck) as they were allegedly all stolen. This was not communicated until I arrived on site and I had to push back my planned usage while I went out looking for an extension for sale somewhere. The added cost and time should have been disclosed upfront instead of when I went to pick up the trailer and was on a tight timeline. The only thing saving this from a 1 star review is the lady at the store was very nice and helpful. The trailer itself was perfectly fine and in good repair but it was unuseable without me going out to buy another part that wasn't disclosed.

Clerk was alone, so couldn’t leave the store, but was very nice. I had to unhook the trailer, and take my own pictures to verify trailer cleanliness and condition.
