Honestly, terrible experience, not only was the person who is supposed to operate The facility and has the key late, which then made me late for my appointment, which then pushed my entire rental back and then because of all of that got charged for an extra day The person operating it doesn’t even come look at the car before or after, and just makes you just take a photo of the Dash to bring inside and does zero work other than give you the key. Had I known this was just operated by some gas station as a satellite place I would’ve made the extra effort to go to a legitimate U-Haul rental place and had a 10 times better experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff are easy to work with and were able to help me make changes to the reservation as needed. The reservation I made and confirmed by uhaul had to be modified because the truck was not available. I eventually got a truck and it smelled like cigarettes everywhere. There was a whole pack and a lighter left in the cab and a couple butts in the back. Other than this, everything went smoothly.
ADAM ILet people know there is a Jack available to assist in hooking up the trailer. Maybe have a person that could help someone who might not be able to hook the trailer up.
