I rent often. The last couple of times I have been given the oldest most beat up equipment. Beyond that, your system is terrible for your vendors to use. It takes too long and they have to input information that I have already entered online.

Jeanne TReservation messed up by booking agent, updated reversion cost double the original, new reservation pick up was 8am worker did. Not arrived until 9am delaying everything by over an hour
