The guys at In a Pinch were awesome. Great customer service. Clear instructions. They waded through the mess of the bizarre reservation process and fixed the problems (there were many...wrong locations, too many days, not enough days, too many reservations). If it wasn't for these guys, I would never rent from U-Haul again...now I'll consider it.

KIMALA HEquipment was clean, but was under the impression the truck came with a loading ramp and it did not. Main concern was that for some reason the parking lights would not shut off, resulting in very stressful usage of truck, and having to get a jump start as we kept getting stranded.
