Rented a 6x12 closed trailer to move some furniture. When I got home and opened the doors the floor of the trailer was a mess. It looked like someone was hauling gravel and dirt in the trailer. Suggest the rental company check the trailer when it is returned and clean the floor before the next rental.

Ronald CMade moving so much easier! Fast and friendly. Very surprised at the price. Thought we was going to be paying MUCH more. Will do business here again!
Brent REfficient service with a smile.
Beth TTold them I needed to load 50" riding lawn mower. They put me in a 5 x 9 thinking it would work. At the back end loading, there's a lip that holds the hinges and chain WHICH LEAVES ONLY 48" opening. Couldn't load the mower. Called after I found out it wouldn't work but they were already closed. Left voice mail. Took back asking for some type of compensation to rent a larger trailer. The guy I spoke with said I had reserved a larger trailer the day before and then took the cheapest. I never reserved anything. I walked into the store aftquesteer seeing trailers sitting there. When I picked it up, a different guy helped me and we discussed directly what I was hauling and that the deck was 50" cut, and I even said there's probably wider than 50" since that's the cutting width. I trusted their expertise and he told me this trailer would work. They should know that the loading end is only 48". Requested a refund and they refused. STEVE
