The price was very high, I had the truck for a couple hours and was charged almost 70 dollars.

Where I went to pick up the truck customer service was kind of rude and they gave me the truck dirty and they asked for a deposit of $132 and now they’re taking another $40 out of my credit card. I left the truck filled with gas and I show pictures to the lady that was from customer service and I took a receipt of the cash I put but now they’re charging me more money I do not know why I didn’t like the customer service that the lady was giving me out. She had a bad attitude and she was not nice.
CATALINA TThe counter help was exceptional. The pick up was flawless and easy. The instructions were well given. It was super easy to get the truck use the truck and return the truck. I had no problems, and I thought that the person that helped me at the counter was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and very intelligent. Thank you so much for a great experience.
