The lady I picked up the U-Haul was very nice and friendly, however when I returned the vehicle I got charged $12 for gas that I should not have been charged. When I called and spoke to a Kim, she sounded very irritated and pretty much called me a liar when I said I returned it with more gas than when I got it. When I picked up the vehicle the lady gave me a $10 credit because there was no gas in the truck and she apologized and gave me the credit. When I asked for the refund of the $12, Kim told me “there’s nothing I can do, you have to call the 800 number.” Started of with an excellent experience here, however now I would not recommend this place at all.
WAYNE WProcess was smooth and easy and the cost was reasonable.
SHANE WA backup camera would be helpful on all trucks. The box truck I rented, did not have a backup camera or rearview mirror!?!
