Your website for checking in/out vehicles sucks. It didn’t work. It took 10 minutes to get my ID loaded and it wouldn’t take photos of the vehicle. I would recommend the location to a friend. I won’t recommend U-Haul.

We included a standard dolly and a furniture dolly with our vehicle rental. They were NOT in the vehicle, yet the charge WAS on the bill...
Ann SYou REALLY flex that $19.99, don't you? 3 hours and 21 miles for $70.00? That is the definition of false advertisement. The gas cap was not properly tightened and unless your trucks get 5mpg, I had to put in at least twice the amount of gas than I expected.
