I rented the truck for Seattle and I had to drive to Marysville, 31 miles to the north, to pick up the truck. Also, someone who rented the truck in the past had smoked cigarettes in it, so it reeked of 2nd hand smoke. That smell is disgusting to me.

All 4 tires had incorrect air pressure all different one tire had a nail in it back door was stuck in open position uhaul did send a tire man within a hour replaced tire

Great helpful people.

The internet was down, so at first your representative had no means to give us our truck. even when I had a reservation. You need to have a paper back up. That is what was done in the old days.

I had an original quote for the rental, upon arriving at the Marysville location I was told it would cost me another $15, then when I arrived in Burlington there was an additional charge of $15!!!!!!!!!!

Have been using this location for the past 20 years and will continue to do so in the future; excellent staff to work with; very customer friendly; no complaints.....keep up the good work.....

We got mixed answers in regards to returning the truck to another Uhaul location.

It's probably pointless to suggest that milage costs are still a major factor in NOT using any rental agency; not to mention all the taxes, surcharges, and fees that always pop up at the end making the total cost much more than originally estimated.

I would like to say the lady working was exceptional and very nice. She was taking care of three customers at the same time plus took a phone order as well. Nobody waited around, they were in and out with ease.

The clerk that helped me stayed past closing waiting for me because I was stuck in serious traffic congestion. Excellent customer service!!!

When u-haul assigns a designated drop off location, customers should be able to drop off the equipment at the location agreed upon. I was turned away to another location costing myself more time, money and stress after my move.

My experience didn't go so well because my truck that I reserved got double booked. I got bumped from the 20ft truck i reserved because the other couple was going to Utah. I had to settle for a 15ft truck way smaller than i needed. I dont understand how double booking can happen. I believe i should be reimbursed or something for my being inconvenienced

The lady who checked the vehicle out to us was very professional. The only problem I had was the training her co-worker was providing. We had over estimated the mileage, and underestimated or bank account, and he told us the transaction wouldn't process. When I asked him to void the transaction and try again after transferring some funds to my husband's account he told me it wouldn't get approved. The lady tried it anyway, and was able to process it no problem.

Great experience - loved the newer truck - well maintained. No issues - Keep up the good work !
