No matter where you go to rent a U-Haul truck, they are all filthy dirty. Nobody cleans them anymore at any of the locations and they definitely do not clean the insides of the trucks out at all. They might blow it out but it doesn't get the dirt the grime the soda none of it off the floor or or the cup holders even.. All your locations are that way

Crisostomo MWell first of all I was charged a cleaning fee for the truck that I rented when I swept the cargo area and cleaned the cab. Second of all while the truck was being loaded, I was out of the area and did not have service. (I work for the railroad, so we don't always have service in the locations we work.) I had for extremely rude, harassing, and threatening, voicemails from the front desk lady at clocktower storage. Third, when I got my final receipt I was charged every possible fee that could be charged. Fourth, the check engine light was on in the truck when I rented it and was assured that there was nothing wrong with the truck. When I did start driving it it felt like it was in limp mode. I didn't take it back because there were no other vehicles in that size in the surrounding neighborhood and I was not going to drive 30 or 40 miles out of my way just to get what I wanted just to be charged for the mileage. On a 1 to 4 star rating I will only give a half star for all possible outcomes. Because I have before and after photos of the truck. This is the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM RENTING A U-Haul FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
