Well first of all I was charged a cleaning fee for the truck that I rented when I swept the cargo area and cleaned the cab. Second of all while the truck was being loaded, I was out of the area and did not have service. (I work for the railroad, so we don't always have service in the locations we work.) I had for extremely rude, harassing, and threatening, voicemails from the front desk lady at clocktower storage. Third, when I got my final receipt I was charged every possible fee that could be charged. Fourth, the check engine light was on in the truck when I rented it and was assured that there was nothing wrong with the truck. When I did start driving it it felt like it was in limp mode. I didn't take it back because there were no other vehicles in that size in the surrounding neighborhood and I was not going to drive 30 or 40 miles out of my way just to get what I wanted just to be charged for the mileage. On a 1 to 4 star rating I will only give a half star for all possible outcomes. Because I have before and after photos of the truck. This is the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM RENTING A U-Haul FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
