Truck ran excellent for the short move. Had to use it longer than the 4 hours but price was still not bad! Staff is very kind and helpful!

RAMON DOwner had a video doorbell you had to ring and wait for them to drive to the rental business. Trailer I rented had bad wiring. Owner ran off and didn't help. Had to go to a parts store to buy a harness to use the trailer. Drop off he wasn't there again and didn't answer the doorbell. Made it so I couldn't get refunded for the wire harness I had to buy and wire splice together. Put me 90 minutes off schedule to pick up auction items I rented the trailer to pick up.
Shannon SI tried to get inside but it was locked. Pushed the doorbell and was told to just leave the trailer and I’d get a receipt. No real interaction with anyone.
