The office area looked like a run down garbage dumpster.The U-haul app is very treible won't load it has glitches in it.
troy aUpon drop off, there was no human in the office. My partner spoke to a man through a ring doorbell who instructed us to park the trailer in the lot and that we would receive a receipt. We did as directed and took pictures to verify when it was parked at that location. My reservation for the trailer was for two days but we were finished with it one day early so returned it on a Saturday (5/23/26) instead of Sunday (5/24/26). On Monday morning I noticed a new charge from Uhaul on my credit card for an additional day's use. I DID NOT use the trailer an additional day. I reached out via phone and email to attempt to remedy this error. I was told it was my fault because I did not use the app. I never used the app for any part of my reservation. When I called to ask about the additional charge, I was told they have NO way to know when I returned the trailer but I spoke to someone on a ring camera and so there would be evidence of when I was there and when I dropped off the trailer, in addition I can provide pictures with time stamp/date of when it was dropped off. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the additional charge, it's not even about the amount, rather about how the whole situation was handled. I will ALWAYS choose a different company for trailer needs in the future! I don't care if it cost more....this is a matter of principal and as a company you should want to fix it!
Sara DThe 2 times i stopped the person in charge was either not in the office. Tuesday i talked to a RING doorbell. Wednesday pickup day i talked to the person "babysitting" the office.
Kathy NIt was all self serve- easy but no one is there except on an intercom telling us to just park it. So can’t really rate it. Lot was full of rain puddles so we did the best we could in parking next to all the other trailers.
