The people that worked there were plate and very nice to work with. But using the app and have my location changed caused it a lot of issues. Thank God for all the nice people. It was a horrible experience using the app upon Pickup and then my drop off location got changed and I had to pay for two employees to drive over a half hour to go drop off the Uhaul. They have them back so an hour of payroll for two employees.
