The 2 times i stopped the person in charge was either not in the office. Tuesday i talked to a RING doorbell. Wednesday pickup day i talked to the person "babysitting" the office.

It was all self serve- easy but no one is there except on an intercom telling us to just park it. So can’t really rate it. Lot was full of rain puddles so we did the best we could in parking next to all the other trailers.
Julie PThe employee showed up 15 minutes after published hours. The process of renting the trailer tool almost 1 hour. Employee was nice, but only one person checking in people and helping people get to their rentals just takes too much time. I would recommend a much larger place. The reason I chose this place was that it had Saturday hours. I would make sure you go to another place that maybe is a little larger.
