The business had an open sign, but their door was locked and no one was there. There was a video doorbell with a note that said ring for service. I rang the doorbell twice with no answer. I finally called the business number and the person I talked to refused to come and help me. He told me I had to download the U-Haul app and use it to turn in the trailer. He was not helpful and somewhat curt. I would not recommend this business be a U-Haul partner.
