Ambreesh SWhen we got to the yard, no one’s there we ended up having to call and have someone tell us how to get the keys in the truck once we had the keys, we had to find our truck. The identification is not on the outside of the truck we had to go from truck to truck open the doors to find out which truck was ours ridiculous. Really bad system. Why aren’t the trucks labeled on the outside?
Brian DOur reservation was at 9 AM in the U-Haul employee did not show up to work until 9:20 AM.
