After a disaster of a pickup and departure, I was finally glad to arrive at my destination. Only to find out it was a car dealership and not a U-Haul location. I asked the staff who was going to unload my car from the hauler and disconnect it from the van. They said they sell cars not uhauls and the customer is responsible for it. At my pickup location, the staff did all that so I had no idea how to unload and unhook everything which took another hour, costing my time and money as my hired movers now had to wait on me. Overall, U-Haul as a whole was a horrible experience. The only positive thing was the van was clean, easy to operate.

This is a car dealership with busy sales people who are trying to run this Uhaul business on the side. They are not trained in the system. Well and experience is not smooth. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and courteous, but just didn’t know how to use the Uhaul system.

CHARLES MI pulled the truck/van in front of business, went inside to find uhaul rep, car salesman gets nasty with me right off the get go with a condescending attitude, tells me no uhaul rep around, drop keys in the box, i go out drop key in box, take pictures of vehicle, then he comes out and yells at me to move the truck, a very rude car salesman,totally unacceptable , I told him I have never been here before and if there is an area fir drop off they need to post signs direct customers to drop off or return location, thank you. .Les Kuglics Location: Becks Auto Sales, Mason, Ohio
