We have nothing negative to say about renting the U-Haul! The app was so easy to use, everything we ordered was inside the truck, and the price was reasonable! We picked up the truck before business hours, and it couldn’t have been easier. Thank you and we will use again!
Kif CEasy drop off. Guy outside said drop keys in the box and off we went. Few days later got the receipt for dropping off the truck.
Kelly TExperience was great. Only issue was that an employee told me that no one from U-Haul was there on Sunday so I couldn’t get the truck. I figured out that it was all digital and that was great. Employees at Becks should know that.
John BMy booking was smooth, the truck was next to new, and the pick-up and return was easy with UHaul's mobile process. The return process on the app had some issues but I eventually found a "Click Here if the site is causing technical difficulties". (it wouldn't let me upload an image due to running out of storage space for my account -apparently. When I selected this, it let me drop the key in the drop box. I went ahead and took photos of the mileage/gas, and outside to ensure I didn't get penalized for doing any of the steps incorrectly and there have been no follow up concerns since my drop off.
