This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I had scheduled my truck pickup before the location was closed and no representative for U-Haul was there to give me my rental. After speaking with U-Haul on the phone to get this situation figured out, they informed me that my truck was given to someone else earlier that day and that I would need to get a ride to a different location to try and get my reserved truck. I was dropped off at the location an hour before so I had no way of transportation. A Becks sales person, who had nothing to do with U-Haul, was able to get me a set of keys to a truck that was out in the lot but it was simply to get me key and get me out of there. The truck was almost empty with gas and there was an item left in the back of the truck that was not mine. I called U-Haul to make sure everything was notated so that I would not be charged or at fault for this terrible and inconvenient experience. To my surprised, I was charged full price for the rental even though I had to fight to get a truck for 2 hours, I was charged for not filling up the tank of gas even though I put the fuel level to the spot that it was when I picked it up and the kicker was the AC didn't work. I do not plan to rent a U-Haul in this area again but I would advise anyone else to NEVER rent a U-Haul from this location unless you was a horrible experience from beginning to end.

Uhaul was closed when I dropped off on Saturday evening; however, the personnel from Beck's Auto were very helpful.

YOUNGDUK KThe trailer i rented had a bent rim or bent axle or something. Ive never pulled a trailer empty or full, that was as noisy and bounced as much as the 4x8 enclosed I rented. Never again will I rent this trailer
JACOB WThe customer ahead of me and I could not complete our reserved equipment pick up because the U-Haul representative could not log onto the website. The employee had no backup method of completing the pickup process. We eventually logged on using our smart phones. Based on past experience, the equipment pick up takes 10 minutes or less. Not the 40 minutes we wasted. Recommendation: train your staff on a backup method of completing the pickup process.
