Although I had a reservation, staff delayed me by a half hour in spite of having two available trucks my size. One was claimed that someone had a reservation (so did I) and the other wasn't checked back in (doesn't the user do that?) On top of this, the vehicle was very dirty in the cab and had lots of unmarked damage on it.
PAUL OTruck worked fine. It was clean. Check Engine light was on for the 70 or so miles I used it, but did not cause any problems. Becks Auto Group has a good selection of equipment and the auto check-in/return works well,
STEPHEN GI had to hold the steering wheel was at a 35 degrees for it to drive straight! It also kept shifting from 3 directly down to 1, and the AC took fr ever to work. The car smells like a barn and there were no cruise control.
