I picked up the vehicle with 50 lefts during their open hours, and even though they were closed on sunday and short hours on saturday, they still charges me a whole full extra day on Monday when they processed the trailer 16 minutes after their opening time and they used that time as the delivery time, which is not correct. That is a wild thing to do just squeeze out another $10 commission out of a customer for racking up another day's charge.

The gentleman who was helping us never came out to set up our hitch even though he said he would. We asked multiple times if there was ramps on there and didn’t find out until we got to our spot that there wasn’t. I didn’t realize that he said we had the trailer until 9:30 when we dropped it off at 7PM. Didn’t really seem like he cared to help us.
JESSICA IThis was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I had scheduled my truck pickup before the location was closed and no representative for U-Haul was there to give me my rental. After speaking with U-Haul on the phone to get this situation figured out, they informed me that my truck was given to someone else earlier that day and that I would need to get a ride to a different location to try and get my reserved truck. I was dropped off at the location an hour before so I had no way of transportation. A Becks sales person, who had nothing to do with U-Haul, was able to get me a set of keys to a truck that was out in the lot but it was simply to get me key and get me out of there. The truck was almost empty with gas and there was an item left in the back of the truck that was not mine. I called U-Haul to make sure everything was notated so that I would not be charged or at fault for this terrible and inconvenient experience. To my surprised, I was charged full price for the rental even though I had to fight to get a truck for 2 hours, I was charged for not filling up the tank of gas even though I put the fuel level to the spot that it was when I picked it up and the kicker was the AC didn't work. I do not plan to rent a U-Haul in this area again but I would advise anyone else to NEVER rent a U-Haul from this location unless you was a horrible experience from beginning to end.
JUSTIN BUhaul was closed when I dropped off on Saturday evening; however, the personnel from Beck's Auto were very helpful.
