DENNIS LI realize this was a rental and the van was just OK. Nothing more. I don't understand why just across the street from my residence neighood there are Uhaul box trucks for rent and I had to travel 4 miles (additional $8, $1 per mile) to pick up my 10 foot box truck. DAVID WWhen I returned the trailer at 10:00 am, no one was available to check in the equipment and give me a receipt. It took several calls to U Hail to complete the check in. The trailer was not well maintained. The rear safety chain was missing and the main ratchet straps in front were rusted and hard to operate.
