We did self drop of at night. And the process over the app was a real pain in the neck.
Melissa HThere was an issue we realized after pickup. Vendor said we had to return 3/4 full as it was picked up. We realized later it was not picked up as 3/4 full. Prepaid for 15 miles. Only went 9. Ended up filling up before drop off for $50. Approximately 15 gallons. I have a photo of receipt. Vendor kept receipt after it was shown to him. They still charged me an addition $.03. Perhaps a photo of gas gage by both Vendor and customer. And initials on the contract. In the end I feel like I over paid with the gas and should get a refund of $25.
