When I reserved my U-Haul online the night before it told me I needed $70.31 at pickup. But when I got there to pick it up I needed $160.00, So my only recommendation would be to update the website to include the deposit amount that is needed with the price of the rental.

Pickup location wasnt great. It’s at a corner store and the person did ask if I needed help, when I said no I didn’t know I’d be doing the whole thing solo including hookup. Didn’t even bother to check if I did it right. They were nice though.
