The Quickstop location was poorly staffed and running out of a trailer with a large translucent bucket of feces below it. We waited 40 minutes to be able to get the truck released despite being paid for and checked in prior to arriving.

There is basically no signage. There is no office, there is a trailer that is poorly marked. There was no one there when I arrived. There was a very nice gentleman that stopped by that was either supervisor or worked for another location, he was great and able to help me get my rental. When I returned the vehicle a guy hopped out of an unmarked private car with no identification or uniform and tried to take the car informing me he worked there. It was uncomfortable and concerning. Overall a poor experience.

I would never use this location again. They were not there when I went to pick it up during business hours. There was a sign on the door that said be back soon. We waited over an hour they never returned. This is a joke of a business. Then they had the audacity to charge me as if I had taken the rental truck for two days. I never left the place with the rental truck because they weren’t there to give me my keys. Horrible I will never use you again

The store was closed earlier than was posted, and it also opened late. They charged me for a truck i did not have, then charged me for the extra hours. I never was able to do what i needed to do because I got my van late.

I went to 150 Fairmount ave Hyde park MA 02136, Because that where I was suppose to pick up, I called and spoke to the manager and he confirmed it, but when I went there Anthony and miss Vasquez said that there was no truck for me to pick up. They didn’t offer any alternatives, I was stranded, then I asked where is my truck they told me that it was at 869 Morton st Mattapan I went there on my own. It was a terrible experience I won’t recommend it to anybody

I will recommend this to a friend only if the double charges are reversed. He told me everything was $42 and that the total money to be held is $69 how come I see a double debit of $69. Please look into this ASAP

I reserved a 20ft one way truck for a pick up at 8am Saturday morning. I got there and they told me the biggest truck they could give me was a 15ft. That they couldn't give me a 20ft truck. I took it because I needed to move. While loading the 15ft truck I noticed it was not all going to fit so I had to rent another 10ft truck. Had I gotten the 20ft truck to begin with I would not have needed to rent another 10ft truck. Terrible experience.
