I was told one thing by one person on order and something eles by the person on pickup. wipers did not work. On return you hit my credit card for 12 cents milage over.

I was told that if I return the trailer that I would get charged an extra $20.00 restocking fee. But if I returned after hours I would not. So that's what I did an after hour return. And then I get charged an after hour return fee?? Yes I got charged a $ 20.00 after hour fee. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHUAL AGAIN AND I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO DISCOURAGE OTHER PEOPLE FROM USING U-HUAL!!!
CHARLES DI can honestly say that Blake Burkett and his team at Midway Self Storage and Two-Paws Storage, I-94 go out of their way to make sure that customers have a great experience and one they can tell their friends about when looking at moving rentals and storage. JUAN VThe young man working the counter was friendly, polite, and helpful. He explained the contract, and and billing very clearly. The trailer I rented was clean, and well maintained. Excellent service is often the most important part of creating a return customer, and I can tell you that he did just that.
