Liked location (right off the highway). Personnel friendly and efficient. Felt the truck was a bit dirty inside the driver’s cabin. Could have used a quick vacuum or cleaning as cup holders and door bin areas had lots of crumbs/food. Not super big deal, but once in a while a cabin spot check would be good. Otherwise truck served its purpose well and we would rent from uhaul again.
JENNIFER HI stopped in a day before my reservation. Midway did not have the reservation due to the corporate office trying to get us to haul a trailer to Florida from Lansing. The only reason things went great the day of is because I came a day early and Midway went out of their way to get a truck from another location. I praise Midway but will not use U-Haul again due to their systems failing their customers every time. It won’t be me again. You have lost me as a customer.
