Just rented their car towing trailer and so glad I got this place - Blake who took care of us was so great. Place was incredibly neat and clean plus he hooked up trailer before I left. Easy location to get to and even though it was after hours the gentleman saw we were there through the ring doorbell and saw we were having issues checking the truck back in and called us and offered to check it in for us at no extra charge. Plenty of space in the lot to park the rental.Anne M.
Your trailer wiring was faulty and I was told it was my wiring...took it to a place and all checked out...cost me an hour extra of my time and a troubleshot fee that was totally unnecessary. now I see they charged me 2.12 extra for a wrong drop off...what is this...you charge us for stuff we are un aware of...uhauul is a ripoff...I will never use you ever again...I'll go to PenskeFrancine S.

I had trouble with getting the location service to work vis Safari web browser on my iPhone. I ended up downloading Google Chrome and got it work. Just a tip for anyone who has similar issues with the location services for after hours drop offJonathan R.
Excellent customer service, from the moment I simply called to inquire if they had what I was looking for to the moment of unhooking the trailer from my vehicle. The gas gauge stuck at 1/2 a tank while I was replacing the gas I used...which was just a hair over half Then it suddenly unstuck and went from 1/2 tank to full...costing me $36 in gas instead of the $10-15 is should have cost I would like a refund as this was not my faultMariah C.

The guy told me I needed to take pictures of the vehicle and mileage meter on the app but it didn't prompt us too. He looked at it and said it usually works that way. I felt a little nervous leaving the vehicle there with not a way to prove our gas and mileage meter as we left it.Ash C.
