The person working there helped me to back the trailer into a parking place before moving the truck to its parking space. When we processed the turn in, she looked at our contract and saw we were charged for the truck we returned and the second one we drove to Michigan. She gave me a phone number for U-Haul customer service. I called the number and the person I talked to was able to get the refund approved and sent to our credit card within 24 hours.

Bradley BAngie was efficient and had the open trailer with ramp I needed on the lot. In short order was contracted and connected and checked out. Local return went well later on the dame day. Kudos to U-Haul's MidWay Self Storage location in Mattawan, Michigan.
Ronald LEvery time I go there the place is clean, has what I need, and the staff is very nice. My only gripe is I’ve been there several times and I always have to show my ID and give them a CC. Not sure why this information is not being stored in the computer software.
