MidWay Self Storage was great to work with, but when I arrived to pick up the truck I had to wait several minutes for the U-Haul server to process my order, and this was after I submitted all my info through the app ahead of time.

The app did not work while here - we were unable to allow location access and I was interrupted while uploading photos when returning the vehicle. It sucked not being able to prove my use of the truck while here. Unsure if it was an app problem or a location problem. Please fix this!!!
KALIB WThe guy working there that day 5-30-26 was very helpful and patient. That being said, the system you guys use is quite terrible . It crashed while I was trying to check out the truck and then it wouldn’t upload any photos for an hour while I was finalizing the truck. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. There has to be some updates done or something server side for your system.
Jarren SYour employee out front was not the nicest. He wasn't mean, but he was rude and has a dismissive attitude. Example, we were in the middle of the process of checking out this trailer and the phone rang and he took the call, which is totally fine, but then continued with the call for minutes long and made us wait when he should have answered the call and asked them kindly if they could hold for a couple minutes or could he call them back. So, basically we got "cut in line" by the phone call with no regard. Just not the nicest service. Your survey asked so here's what happened.
