Van was Not checked in correctly from previous use. I was charged immediately for the location's error but have to wait 7-10 days to get my money refunded. Why is my money tied up for their failure. I was charged for 100 miles and drove 7.2 miles. Van needed oil change and indicator light for rear right door shows open when not. Not fueled up… on Empty, I had put gas in before starting (was given $15.00 credit for gas). Not told officevwould be closed at 2 pm on return. Website says open 7 am-7 pm. No previous explanation of how to complete check in. Extremely frustrating!
