My truck was totally blocked in by other trucks making it nearly impossible to leave the parking lot. I had to drive down a muddy embankment backwards, just to be able to get out the lot. This was not safe or ideal. I b waited on a uhaul rep to contact me about this issue and nobody ever reached back to me. Whomever parks the trucks at this business has to account for the other trucks you're blocking in, due to reservation constraints. RIDICULOUS.
Revon JSo I was very confused at first when the guy came on the ring and talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was good .
REGINALD SThe truck I reserved was not ready for self pick up. Somebody was supposed to have been there at 9 o’clock and they were not had to call the number. There were two other customers standing there with their trucks the same way I had to upgrade and then they tried to charge me. I had to get a refund. It was terrible. It was a whole big mess charged me for gasoline. I did not use the needle never moved.
TINA HLance provides excellent customer service and flexible scheduling when equipment is available.
