NICHOLE SPick up location was changed. Had to drive an hour out of the way to pick up the rental. We only needed a 20' truck and ended up with a 26' so it costed more in fuel. Put $100 dollars of fuel in the truck which was all the pump would allow and still got charged for fuel once the truck was dropped off. Also had blankets and a dolly on the rental but they were not available at pickup. So really don't understand the point in making a reservation for a truck in advance when the reservations cannot be met in any way shape or form.
