It kind of seemed like we were bothering them dropping off the uhaul. I put the personnel as helpful, not really but there was not anything between yes/no.... I would just say I would not want to have to do business with them often or try & pick up a truck from them.

Busy during drop-off, but staff quickly tended to the check-in and getting a receipt. They offered to park the truck as well. No improvements readily apparent.

Both pick up and drop off sites were great and helpful. It was the actual corporate U-haul company that I had an awful experience with. They changed our pick up location and day several times and then tried to charge us more for "choosing a holiday" when they were the ones who moved it to that date, not us. I will make every effort to avoid using this company again.

It took an hour and a half to get my rental trailer. The trailer that was supposed to rented to us was not at the location, the trailer that was on the lot was not in the computer. The lady that was renting it to us couldn't get a hold of Uhaul to see what was going on until an hour after she contacted Uhaul. It was not her fault and she did apologize but was not authorized to give us any kind of compensation for the hour and half wait to get the trailer. After over an hour the updated the rental to the trailer that was on the lot but did not attempt to apologize or give any kind of compensation for their mistake. This took 2 hours of our very limited time on a very busy day of moving. I couldn't understand why Uhaul did not offer an apology or a way to rectify the whole ordeal. The trailer was fine, returning it was very simple thanks to the mobile check in option. I would not recommend the pickup location to anyone as it took way to long and she had to wait on other customers while we waited. Very unhappy with the rental location, you should really look into improving the rental process at this location.

I reserved a 6x12 to be picked up in Altamont. THEN I get an email saying I have to drive 31 miles to get it. I drove 60 unnecessary miles and only got a $2.00 reduction?? Unacceptable!

If a customer reserves a truck with furniture blankets, he should be able to pick up the truck with furniture blankets at the same location - or at least receive some communication that all of the equipment rented is not available, not find out at pickup he must drive 27 miles (one way) out of his way at $.89/mile to pick up the blankets at the owner’s other location, then be required to drive 27 miles (one way) out of the way at $.89/mile to return the blankets to the alternate location because the owner purposefully refuses to keep blankets at the Martin location. If you aren’t going to have the equipment rented, you need to communicate that to the customer at some point earlier than time of pickup.

The trailer wiring was real crappy. We had to keep stopping and wiggling the wiring on the trailer so we had lights on it. A 3 hour trip took almost 6 hours. Very disappointed with that trailer.
