The location was terrible - Langes Auto Care - despite our reserving the truck several days in advance, the keys were not left for the truck, and no one was at the location to assist, despite our checking the hours online and reserving a time when the online hours indicated someone would be there. The U-Haul representative who we were able to reach on the phone was awesome though! She helped us and was able to get a different truck that did have a key in the lock box - that truck was dirty though and the windshield was iced over so we had to defrost and scrape etc... We were supposed to pick up at 9:30 am but did not get into a truck and ready to pull out until about an hour later.

The truck was dirty inside the cargo area and cab. We left it as we found it.
Stephen BIt was a little confusing where to drop the keys because the key drop blends in with the door. More clear signage would help.

My daughter was having issues having her motorcycle delivered via a third party for 2 days and i turned to Dan for help. I phoned him at 3pm; he informed me he had a motorcycle cart at his location, I picked it up and delivered her vehicle to her home and returned the cart back to Langes at 5:30pm. Dan personally checked it in prior to departing for the day and emailed my receipt.. Professional and courteous service at a great price! Thank you.
