When I called to discuss I was going to be late. He told me drop off for keys. Then I got charged extra for late service when that was why I was calling in the first place. There was no compassion to extend the 2 hours. Very disappointed. Don’t know if the place was clean or dirty, didn’t enter into that building. It was closed

When I arrived and went into the bottle depot I was told that they have nothing to do with U-Haul and I should go outside, to what I thought might be a different entrance, but there was not so I went back to my vehicle and opened the U-Haul app and looked up my rental on the dashboard and called the number. The person that answered reiterated that they are not affiliated with U-Haul and in turn hung up. I called the 1800 number and was greeted by a pleasant operator and was apologetic to my experience and would transfer me to a manager of the area. When the manager got on the phone he was dismissive of my experience and said someone else would call me this is now 20 minutes after I have expected to pick up my rental. A dispatcher called me and told me to hook up the trailer and take a picture of the hook-up. I went back to the app to follow the pick up procedure only to find stock photos of the pictures were already loaded, so disputed them and uploaded the real pictures. And when I returned the trailer I sent a text and he said he would do the return. I opened the app and completed the return. Not sure why the dispatchers phone number was not on the app to call for the rental. Not sure why the dispatcher could not attend the rental pick up or drop off I would never use U-Haul again nor would I recommend them as well as tell people about the poor interaction that I had with them.
Matt CU-Haul was good for fixing my issues upon pick up, the Mayerthorpe depot was not the best representative for uhaul. My first reservation key was not in place. Second day no key code upon pick up. Was difficult to get the key. Back of the van was not swept out blankets and dolly from previous customer were in the back.
Leeann MShould have 0 tolerance for abuse and rude behaviour and rental will be cancelled - let’s be honest it was 8:45 and we were 9 customers waiting losing 1 asshole customer won’t hurt. Also it shows the company stands behind its employees
Emma NWas not given the option to receive my refund only to receive it by cheque & not only that , was charged 437 dollars to use a uhaul which was dropped off the same day. Would not recommend
