It took 3 of us over an hour the first time we tried to unlock the padlock at the back. Lost our reservation because it took over and hour then had redo everything And that too 45minutes. Then all those pictures that ended up having to be redone twice because your end didn't accept. The whole thing was inexcusable and a traumatic experience. If our daughter had not come to assist we would have given up on your truck and hired a mover.
