KELLY RCustomer service was great. The actual issue was with U-Haul reservation office. I requested a 20’ truck and they would not bring one to my location of pick up but told me I could drive 30 to 70 miles to get one. Then after I dropped the U-Haul off at the location I had selected, I realized they had sent a message wanting me to drop if off at a different location. I called in shared that I had dropped it off at the original location. I was told they tried to call and text me about the drop off change and I received nothing but the email that I saw later in the day. They were wanted if dropped off at a different location so it would be more convent for someone else to pick up. I sure did not see anyone trying to assist us with our needs.
