After a month long reservation, I still had to drive 2 hrs out of my way to get the truck. The truck was only on a 1/4 of a tank of fuel. What happened to full it on return. Then the big issue!!!! No jack to unhook the trailer. How the hell do you load a truck if you have no way to remove the trailer. Luckily I was moving tools and I used a floor jack. Very upsetting. Otherwise the rental went smoth.
