How U-Haul Reviews WorkAttendant at location needs to be more knowledgeable and assistant with customer. Rude and poor customer service
Donna CEmployees can be more sensitive to clients time. I had to wait a whole hour before someone came and popped the locks on my storage box
thomas hSelf serve options was terrible; The lady n the store was on her phone talking another language; Very rude told me to go out the door & read wats on the wall; I spent 2hrs @ the store trying to figure the app out; It wouldn’t take my payment; Neva again will I gt Uhaul fm there; There customer service there was very terrible
LIN AThis location was not helpful. It was in a convenient store location where the employees were to busy to really help much.I was clueless as well because I had never rented one before.I also was supposed to have been able to pick the truck up at 8 originally. The truck we rented had the bumper all bent up.
