Over all it sucks would NEVER tell anyone to use U-HAUL the day before picking up the truck you called said.not available go second location called them no truck had to go to third location 45 miles away suppose to start loading 9:00 didn't get back till 11:00 so paid 5 men 2 hours to sit and wait pics poor customer service and the 26 foot /truck was still at first location at 2:00. Sat afternoon and I made reservations 10 days earlier!

Both pick up and drop off locations and their staff are great, no complaints. Here are my issues with this reservation. Approximately two weeks before my move schedule I made a reservation for this equipment but the day before I got a call from U-Haul saying that my pickup was moving to a location 29 miles away. This was an issue for me. I had to have someone drive me 55 driving miles to get there and come back with the two cars. This wasted over 2 hours of our move day. U-Haul to their credit gave me a discount for the inconvenience and some extra miles for the truck but it didn’t alleviate the fact that I had to add 2 hours of my and a friends time and his gas to get the truck.

Melody PStaff was extremely friendly and helpful in booking and having equipment available to allowing for my recent move to be pain free and without incident. Have already recommended this location to a friend.
